  The Armidale Express and New England General Advertiser Saturday 26 Oct 1872 Five Pound Reward. STOLEN or strayed from Old Hillgrove, on 1st October 1872 a YELLOW BULLOCK branded R near rump, piece out of near ear. If stolen, five Pounds on conviction of thief or thieves; if strayed, Ten Shillings on delivery, or for such information as will lead to his recovery. ROBERT ALLINGHAM, (Old Hillgrove, near Armidale) Daily Observer Thursday 17 October 1918 A very old and respected resident of Armidale, in the person of Mr. Robert Allingham, passed away at the local hospital, aged 86 years.
