      ALLEGED CONSPIRACY.
      Wilson and Smith
      Discharged.
Robert Arthur Wilson, 52, agent, and Robert Smith, 41, dairyman, two of the six men charged with conspiracy to efraud, as a result of an alleged property deal at Baulkham Hills, were discharged by Mr. Flynn, S.M, at the Central Police Court yesterday.
The remaining four-William Henry Davis, 53, valuator, John Gallen, 43, salesman, Rupert Noel Beale, 43, manager, and William Back, 38, clerk-were committed for trial.
Davis, Wilson, Smith, Gallen, and Beale were charged with having conspired to cheat and defraud William James Currie of a dairy farm at Baulkham Hills.
Back was charged with having conspired with Beale, Davis, Smith, Gallen, and Wilson to cheat and defraud Currie of land at Baulkham Hills.
After hearing addresses by counsel, Mr. Flynn said that he had no hesitation in discharging Wilson. As to Smith, he thought his action in the case was as consistent with innocence as with guilt. He fixed the bail of each of the other four at £100.
