Probate of the will has been granted to Walter Ainsworth Cook, of 140, Lord-street, Southport, solicitor, and John Herbert Cross, of 12, Pilkington-road, Southport. The testator left £2OO each to the trustees of the will, £2,500 to Walter A. Cook and John Herbert Cross, to be disposed of by them in accordance with the terms of a letter she intended to leave with regard thereto. She gave £lOO and certain furniture to her friend and housekeeper, Beatrice Annie Draper, if in her service at her death; £5O to her chauffeur, Maude Saxon, if in her service at her death; £5O to her former servant, Lilian Gore; £5OO to her godson, David John W.
