Mr. William Ramsey, of Double
Creek, Bega, died on Tuesday morning, aged 58 years. He was one of the most respected and successful farmers, and took an active interest in everything relating to the advancement of dairying in the district. BEGA, Tuesday.
Mr. William Ramsey, of Double Creek, died this morning aged 58 years. He was one of the most respected and successful farmers, and took an active interest in everything relating to the advancement of dairying in the district. He was a prominent member of the Bega Agricultural Society and a member of the school board. He will be missed much by the Wesleyan body, of which he was a must liberal supporter.His last public act was to collect funds to wipe off the conference debt of that church.
