      OBITUARY
      MR. HENRY TIDMARSH.
On Friday there passed away in Mr. Henry Tidmarsh an excellent tradesman and one who had been highly respected in the commnunity. Death after months
of suffering following a paralytic stroke came as a release—in his illness he was devotedly nursed by his daughter, Miss Elsie Tidmarsh, assisted by her brother and sisters toward the end, for it was expected daily for some three weeks.
The late Mr. Tidmarsh had a happy personality, always genial, with a kindly word for everybody, and it is safe to say he passed out of this life without leaving an enemy behind. As a stone mason he left much good work to tell of carefull attention to detail, for he hated above all things a bad job, and gave good value for remuneration received. The late Mr. Tidmarsh was married to Miss Morrow in Gerringong, and she pre-deceased him some 12 years ago. They had a family of two boys and five girls, and two daughters Eva and Louise pre-deceased him. Left to mourn a kind and considerate parent are Miss Elsie Tidmarsh of Kiama, Messrs. Harry and Stanley Tidmarsh, Mesdames Winley and Best.
The funeral took place on Sunday afternoon and was well attended.
Among the beautiful floral tributes received wore those of Mr. and Mrs. Cairns, Mr. andl Mrs. Wildman, Mr. and Mrs. Sewell, Millie and Harry and family, Mr, and. Mrs. R. R. Longbottom and family, Mrs. K. Major, Mr. and Mrs. Pullen and Eric, Mrs. McClintock, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Holden, Mr. and Mrs. A. Irvine, Mr. and Mrs. J. I. Weir and family, Mr. and Mrs. R. G. Holden, Mr. and Mrs. J. Cope and family.
The Rev. G. Read officiated at the grave in the Methodist portion of the cemetery, a short service previously held at the home. Mr. R. W. Kendall had charge of the funeral arrangements.
